An Multi-agent-based Model for Consumer Panic Buying Behavior

With the increase of natural disasters and man-made threats, panic buying phenomenon is also on rise, causing serious impacts social stability, economic order, business management consumer psychology. In this study, multi-agent-based simulation (MABS) approach used to construct a behavior model capture dynamics demand volatility, quantitatively analyze characteristics in different supply level.
